Responsible Pet Ownership Day! | |
 Sept. 17, 2004: Six members of KSARDA recently
helped out at the AKC sponsored Responsible Pet Ownership Day at the Wichita Public Schools.
The Wichita Dog Training Club invited KSARDA to participate in the event along with the Wichita Kennel Club and Golden Retriever Club. All K9s who participated in the nationwide event had to have their Canine Good Citizenship certification to attend. Team members Stacy and K9 Zoey, Sandi and K9 Skye, Heather, and Alaine and K9 Kenzie attended Buckner Elementary. |

Team members Linda, Sherryl and K9 Ruby, and Vicki with her TDI dog Casey attended Spaght Elementary
School. The kids were taught about responsible dog ownership and got to meet the team K9s after the presentation.
