KSARDA team members Vicki, Inga & K9 Tracer, and Sandi & K9 Skye visited with the Goodwill Industries associates and employees at the Wichita facility. KSARDA gave a presentation on how the K9s search for victims, watched search training videos, viewed photos and books, and answered questions. The Goodwill employees enjoyed checking out the KSARDA equipment with some of them trying on Vicki's helmet and backpack, getting to see what it feels like to be a search and rescue volunteer. The highlight for the employees was meeting the KSARDA K9s, Tracer and Skye, who greeted all of them with plenty of kisses. The team made many new friends and looks forward to meeting with Goodwill Industries again in the future.
